Eat the foods you love on the weekends, on occasions or very moderately. Continue to use a journal to plan your meals and minimize the chance of impulse eating and unplanned binging.

It could be that you are the one in your family who is best at crisis management so everyone looks for you to handle all of the problems that come up. There are times when we fall by the wayside and stop doing things to stay in good health, But thanks to professionals like Dr. Weaver who’s concerned about people and their health, that he would take time to offer free information to them on things they should be doing to stay in good health. I once took antioxidents for a long time, but because of the rising cost I stop taking them.
